In the past most banners have been produced using vinyl. Now with dye sublimation these banners are becoming more versatile because of the dynamic flexibility of the fabric. Finishing techniques include pole pockets and hemming the edges. Velcro can also be applied and sewn to make the piece ready to mount to frames, walls or counters. Grommetting is also a handy technique if the need requires it. Liners can help block light and add impact if using direct lighting.
